British V8 2008 (July 13-16, 2008 in Port Washington, WI)
Coordinators Paul & Mary Schils provided a full schedule of exciting activities for our 12th annual meet, including spirited drives around the Kettle Moraine glacier area and a visit to the Experimental Aircraft Association's museum in Oshkosh. We enjoyed tech sessions, an autocross, valve cover racing, parking-lot parties with cheese, beer and bratwurst... and a traditional Wisconsin "Fish Boil". (As always, ALL fans of modified British sports cars were invited. You didn't need to own or bring a British car to join in the fun!)

Port Washington is just 35 miles straight south of Elkhart Lake and the Road America race track. Some stayed over to enjoy the "Kohler International Challenge (with Brian Redman)" (July 17-20). The race weekend included a full weekend of SVRA sanctioned racing, plus associated activities such as a concours d'elegance.
